Application：

This machine is suitable for rubber power belt include V belt, Synchronous belt, Poly v belt etc vulcanizing. 

Features:

1, vulcanizing tank is a vertical structure, open the tank cover has two options: a turnover type (with hydraulic drive), another is a flat rotating(driven by a cylinder and the 800 hydraulic following has used more than 800 drivers)

2,The outer vulcanizing tank pressure are respectively equipped with apressure transmitter, zero pressure switch and a temperature detection device, pressure and temperature control and display the inner and the outer cavity, with the functions of overvoltage protection, and ensure thevulcanizing tank in non zero pressure state can not open the tank cover.

3, PLC control, man-machine interface display and parameter setting, can set the curing time, curing pressure, alarm pressure parameters, with a string of pressure and ultra high pressure and ultra low voltage alarm function, monitoring is clear and reliable and can be switched manually and automatically.

4, vulcanizing tank equipped with multi safety interlock, through mechanical,electrical and other aspects to ensure the use safety of vulcanizing tank.
