Poly v-belt and long raw-edged v-belt are built up in layers to sleeves on the drum building machie. Vulcanized in autoclaves, cooled and removed from the drum in the stripper. The poly v-belt sleeves are cut to belts of the requested width on the Poly v-belt cutter machine and profiled on the grinding machine for poly v-belt. Long raw-edged v-belt are produced on the machine. The drum building machine is equipped with a second cord reeling station.
