Flex Fatigue test machine for synchronous belt (automotive); Timing belt durability life test machine
The test machine consist of determining the synchronous belt durability life, in hours, under specified conditions on a two -pulley, three -pulley test machine as per different need.
Consist of :
1. A driving pulley and suitable driving unit.
2. A driven pulley to which a suitable absorption unit is connected.
3. an idler pulley and arrangement through which tension can be applied to the timing belt.
4. A torque or speed sensing device attached to the driven pulley shaft or absorption unit which will stop the driving unit.
